TSA - Caring Neighbours

This Track Safety Alliance film focuses on the effects of statutory nuisances (such as Noise and Dust) to our lineside neighbours and how we should be managing these to ensure that disturbance is kept to a minimum. It will provide the answers to some key questions:

• How do we assess the level of risk to our lineside neighbours pre works?
• What practical controls and innovations can be used on site to reduce and monitor nuisances?
• How are complaints to Network Rail managed?
• What are the implications if we don’t’ act responsibly?

Just like all individuals we have a responsibility to be Caring Neighbour and this film will give viewers the awareness of what this means when working for Network Rail.
