Nutrition: - Apples
Apples:
- Are a good source of fibre and vitamin C.
- May aid weight loss in several ways.
- Promote heart health in several ways. They are high in soluble fibre, which helps lower cholesterol. They also have polyphenols, which are linked to lower blood pressure and stroke risk.
- Are linked to lowering the risk of type 2 diabetes.
- Have several naturally occurring compounds that may help fight cancer.
- Contain antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that may help regulate immune responses and protect against asthma and may promote bone health.

Awareness: Explore a task that you carry out daily on a regular basis (washing dishes, etc.) and take time to be aware of the task in terms of touch, smell, hear.
Senses: This exercise will bring you back into the moment, it is a tool that can be used to quickly reduce anxiety and stress and can help if you suffer from panic.
