The TSA Health Challenge (TSAC) is a healthy lifestyle programme designed to improve your health and wellbeing. It is a voluntary confidential programme, for those of any fitness level.
What Does TSAC Comprise of?
TSAC consists of four, six weekly workouts, which are designed to take individuals from their current state of health and wellbeing to an improved level of health and fitness, both mentally and physically.
There are no expectations on anyone who participates in the TSAC; the only expectations are those you put upon yourself! Entering into the TSAC is voluntary and can be as confidential or as public as you wish. You are your only competition, and your only barrier.
